Focus of Practice

Brian Jenkins focuses his practice on disputes arising from any aspect business across all sectors. He is a seasoned litigator with many years of trial and tribunal experience and has appeared at all levels of the Ontario Courts. Some of Brian’s expertise is directed towards, condominium law, commercial litigation, and advising clients in partnership, shareholder and estate disputes.

• Condominium developers, condominium corporations, mortgagees, unit owners and managers.
• Individual investors, partnerships, professionals and not for profit organizations

• Collections, asset recovery and enforcement of security
• Advising boards of directors and property managers on all areas of condominium law and administration
• Injunctive relief
• Advising and representing parties in professional liability, partnership disputes and shareholder disputes;
• Commercial mortgage enforcement.
