Chuck Stobie has practiced commercial real estate and municipal law for over twenty years. Along with a profound impact on the overall business continuity and competitiveness Chuck is particularly adept at working through real estate based problems that are somewhat out of the ordinary. From sophisticated landmark developments to smaller project financing and leasing his practice also includes agreements for the purchase and sale of land, land use and development application, commercial leasing and, mortgage enforcement.

• Applications for partition and sale of commercial, industrial and residential property;
• Resolving interference by neighbouring landowners, encroachments under agreements for purchase and sale of land;
• Negotiation and preparation of commercial leasing;
• Advising various groups in the construction pyramid during sophisticated landmark developments to smaller project financing and leasing
• Construction liens, workouts and insolvencies.
