Isabel is a registered Canadian Trademark Agent whose practice in international property and branding law, supports the clients of the Business Services Law Group at Keyser Mason Ball LLP by assisting with issues concerning trademark and copyright protection, as well as global branding portfolio management.

• Assisting clients with the acquisition, protection and enforcement of trademark rights in Canada and the United States, as well as overseeing foreign applications through a network of foreign associates;
• Conducting various searches, clearing trademarks for use and registration, preparing registrability opinions, filing and prosecuting applications, handling opposition proceedings, as well as post-registration matters, including summary expungement proceedings, renewals and advising on infringement matters in association with the firm's lawyers.
