John Ball is a founding Partner of the Firm and practices in our Business Services Law Group. Focus of Practice
John Ball serves a broad and active business client base, assisting with strategic legal advice and business guidance garnered over four decades of practice. He deals with issues influencing growth and risk exposure as well as business transactions and corporate governance. For a number of clients John functions effectively as their legal management resource, working as part of the organizations' management and decision-making process in planning and day to day operations. For others he acts as a business sounding board.
