John Keyser specializes in Land Development and Municipal Law, while advising self-made business clients in all aspects of corporate and commercial law as well. His practice encompasses the application for the use of land, agreement of purchase and sale of land, and the specialized agreements for development, easement, and encroachment of land.

Engagements Include
- Land development applications to the City of Mississauga, City of Brampton and the Region of Peel for rezoning, official plan approval and plan of subdivision
- Negotiated with City for the expansion of City Centre high-rise buildings
Recent Experience
Served as a member of the Committee of Adjustment for both the Town of Mississauga and later for the City of Mississauga 35 years and had been its Chairman since 1985. During the same time, he served on the Land Division Committee for the Regional Municipality of Peel as Vice-Chairman and later as the Chairman of the Committee.
