Focus of Practice
Marc Tannenbaum's practice is concentrated on all areas of family law, including high conflict matrimonial disputes including custody actions, separation agreements, and matters of significant assets, business interests and support claims.

Recent Experience
- March 2011 – obtained a monetary award and legal costs at trial concerning a negligent corporate defendant
- January 2011 – obtained a judgment via contested summary judgment motion dismissing an action against my client in the sum of $200,000; also awarded legal costs
- October 2010 – co-author of an article for the LSUC titled ‘Sheriff’s Enforcement of Writs of Seizure & Sale, presented at the LSUC Seminar “The Six-Minute Debtor-Creditor & Insolvency Lawyer 2010”
