Megan Burkett is a member of the firm's Labour & Employment Law group. Her practice involves advising corporations on a wide range of employment matters including wrongful dismissals, employment contracts, workplace policies, and employment standards. She is experienced in the area of labour relations and assists her clients with contract interpretation and grievances. She also represents employees in workplace disputes.

Megan appears in matters before administrative tribunals, in Superior Court and at the Ontario Labour Relations Board.

Megan obtained her LL.B. from University of Windsor Law School. Prior to attending law school, Megan obtained her undergraduate degree in Labour Studies from McMaster University.
