Megan Wright is a member of the firm's Labour & Employment Law group. She joined the firm after completing her articles at a management-side labour and employment law firm. Her practice involves advising corporations on a wide range of labour and employment matters, including wrongful dismissals, employment contracts, workplace policies, and employment standards. She also represents employees in workplace disputes. Megan appears in matters before administrative tribunals, in court and at the Ontario Labour Relations Board.
While at the University of Windsor Law School, Megan won numerous academic and oral advocacy awards in the area of employment and labour law. She also gained valuable practical experience as a caseworker and group advisor at Community Legal Aid. Prior to attending law school, Megan obtained her undergraduate degree in Labour Studies from McMaster University.
