Employer Alert: Changes to Employer Return to Work Obligations
The Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (“WSIB”) recently released interim Work Reintegration (“WR”) policies and a draft Work Reintegration New Experimental Experience Rating (“WR NEER”) policy. Although the new WR policies are interim (with stakeholders having an opportunity to submit responses until February 15, 2011), the policies came into effect on December 1, 2010 and will remain in effect during the consultation period.

A Community Program
Keyser Mason Ball, LLP volunteers continue to lend a hand at Peel Youth Village and Nahani Way Public School. Every Monday and Tuesday our volunteers serve breakfast to approximately 35 to 50 children at Peel Youth Village before they head off to school. Every Wednesday, our volunteers attend at Nahani Way Public School to participate in the Reading Rangers Program where they spend one hour reading to kindergarten and grade one children on a one-on-one basis and every Tuesday evening our volunteers attend at the Peel Youth Village Homework Club.
