Sarah MacDonald is a member of our Business Law Group. Sarah’s practice focuses on general corporate and commercial law. Her service to her clients involves:
- Assisting corporations in all levels of growth – incorporating, dealing with shareholder matters, securing financing, and acquiring assets.
- Providing management and advisory services to owners and managers of small to mid-sized businesses in relation to daily operations such as preparing and negotiating agreements with third parties for supply and distribution of products and services, and ensuring compliance with statutes and regulations.
- Helping doctors, dentists, accountants and other professionals most efficiently manage their income and practice through the incorporation of professional corporations.
Before entering law school Sarah earned a Bachelor of Arts, Advanced Major in English, from Dalhousie University in Nova Scotia. She attended Law School at the University of New Brunswick where she received both the Christopher Young Prize in Secured Transactions and the Philip Holland Prize in Criminal Procedure. Sarah articled with the Saint John, New Brunswick firm of Cox & Palmer.
