Sarah has a general corporate commercial practice, assisting clients with day to day issues that surface in growing business entreprises such as mergers, acquisitions, and reorganizations, as well as complex business transactions.

• Primarily closely held, owner-operated companies ranging from family owned businesses to substantial multi jurisdictional operations;
• Canadian subsidiaries of large US multinational corporations;

• Assisting individuals and corporations in buying and selling businesses;
• Assisting corporations in all levels of growth – incorporating, dealing with shareholder matters and securing financing;
• Providing management and advisory services to owners and managers of small to mid-sized businesses in relation to daily operations such as preparing and negotiating agreements with third parties for supply and distribution of products and services, and ensuring compliance with statutes and regulations;
• Helping doctors, dentists, accountants and other professionals most efficiently manage their income and practice through the incorporation of professional corporations.
