Suzanna Winsborough is an associate lawyer at Keyser Mason Ball, LLP, concentrating her practice in the areas of corporate law and commercial real estate law.

Suzanna began her career at the firm as an articling student and went on to work in the Wealth Management group where, through assisting clients with estate planning and administration, she advised on a wide variety of general business law matters and facilitated real estate transactions for private individuals, business owners and senior managers.

As a member of the Business Law and Commercial Real Estate Law groups, Suzanna has been actively involved in a number of transactions working with senior members of each group on matters such as retail property purchases, condominium purchases, lease drafting and negotiations, corporate reorganizations and share purchase agreements.

Suzanna's familiarity with the dynamics of small to mid-sized private corporations stems from her active involvement in her family-owned, scientific-based business that served a highly specialize market in Canada and the United States. 

Suzanna graduated from the University of Toronto in 2000, where she obtained an Honours B.A., specializing in International Affairs with a minor in Economics and German. After graduating, Suzanna spent a year in Germany teaching English at a high school and attending the Friedrich-Schiller-University in Jena.  She obtained her LL.B. from the University of Windsor in 2005.  

Suzanna was actively involved with Rotaract, an affiliate of Rotary International, for nine years, serving as President for three years. She was also involved with Community Legal Aid.
