Alex is an associate at Keyser Mason Ball, LLP, and is a member of the firm’s Employment and Labour practice group.
Alex is experienced in representing both employers and employees. He helps his clients navigate a broad range of employment related matters including issues arising from employment agreements and contracts, terminations, accommodation, workplace discrimination and harassment, occupational health and safety, and breaches of non-compete, non-solicitation, and confidentiality clauses. He strives to find tailored and cost-effective solutions to problems and provides his clients with frank and pragmatic advice.
Over the course of his legal career, Alex has litigated employment cases dealing with a variety of issues before a number of courts, tribunals, and boards in Ontario.
Prior to joining Keyser Mason Ball, LLP, Alex built and ran his own employment law and general litigation law practice in Mississauga. Before that, he worked at a boutique litigation firm in downtown Toronto. In law school, Alex served as the Calgary Program Coordinator of Pro Bono Students Canada.
