Real Estate Law Clerk
Our firm is seeking a Real Estate Law Clerk with at least 5 years of experience in commercial real estate.
The ideal candidate should have previous experience as a Commercial RE Law Clerk especially with a Development background and should be able to effectively multitask, have an eye for details, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
The primary responsibility will be to independently handling all aspects of a secured lending transaction or commercial real estate transaction from beginning to end, which includes preparing bank documentation, drafting title and security documentation, communicating with lawyers, clients, and dealing with post-closing matters. Candidates with experience working in both secured lending transactions and commercial real estate are preferred but stellar candidates with experience solely in one of the two practice areas are welcome to apply. Experience with municipal law, condo law or development law is an asset.
