Anmol (Annie) Rana is an Associate in the Franchise, Retail & Distribution and Corporate/Commercial groups at Keyser Mason Ball, LLP. Her practice focuses on franchise law, mergers and acquisitions, and a broad range of corporate and commercial transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, Annie completed her articles at a commercial law firm, where she gained hands-on experience in secured lending, bankruptcy and insolvency matters, real estate transactions, and private securities compliance. She holds a Dual J.D. from the University of Windsor and the University of Detroit-Mercy.

Annie values the intersection between law, business, and public service, a theme reflected in both her transactional work and her commitment to veteran-focused advocacy. As such, she serves on the board of the Veterans Legal Assistance Foundation and is dedicated to improving access to legal support for Canadian veterans. Outside the office, she enjoys marathon training, travelling, and spending time with her family and friends.
