Jonfranco Monaco

Jonfranco Monaco is an Associate at KMB Law and a member of the firm's Intellectual Property and Corporate/Commercial practice groups. He advises clients on a broad range of intellectual property matters, with a growing focus on technology and data privacy.

Jonfranco has primary responsibility for the firm's intellectual property files and works closely with the Corporate/Commercial group on the IP and technology aspects of M&A transactions, including IP and technology due diligence, the transfer and licensing of intellectual property assets, and the privacy and data matters that arise in purchase and sale transactions. He assists clients in protecting, enforcing, and commercializing their intellectual property, providing practical advice aimed at supporting their business objectives.

Alongside this work, Jonfranco advises on a range of corporate and commercial matters, including asset and share purchase and sale transactions, corporate services for professional clients, and general corporate matters.

Jonfranco received his Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto and his Juris Doctor from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University.
