Jonfranco Monaco is an Associate at KMB Law, and a member in the firm’s Intellectual Property and Corporate/Commercial practice groups. Jonfranco advises clients on all aspects of intellectual property law, including trademarks, patents, designs, and copyrights. Jonfranco's expertise extends to assisting clients with software licensing agreements, End User License Agreements (EULAs), and supply and distribution agreements, ensuring their intellectual property is protected and effectively managed. He is dedicated to helping clients navigate the complexities of intellectual property law, providing strategic advice to protect, enforce, and commercialize their intellectual property assets. Jonfranco received his Honours Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto and his Juris Doctor degree from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University.
