Kevin Edward Holbeche (pronounced: Whole Beach) is a Partner at KMB Law, where he leads the Intellectual Property Team. He is an IP lawyer, and a registered patent and trademark agent, with over 20 years of experience. Kevin helps people protect, manage, buy, sell, license, and enforce their intellectual property.
Kevin has Intellectual Property law experience in a wide range of sectors, including automotive, communications, computers, data, entertainment, life sciences, logistics, manufacturing, media, medical devices, networking, and online services.
He has helped to build multi-million dollar IP asset portfolios and to make deals happen for the companies and people who own them.
Before IP law, he was granted biology and sociology degrees, and gained a diverse work background as an industrial laboratory researcher, computer programmer, engineering draftsman, website developer, and desktop publisher.
Kevin Edward Holbeche next obtained his Juris Doctor law degree to best professionally service clients as a patent and trademark agent and IP lawyer.
Kevin builds long-term working relationships with clients, and tailors a strategic approach to fit the intellectual property needs of each individual and company.
