Melisa Delibasic

Melisa Delibasic is an Associate at KMB Law where she practices commercial law, with an emphasis on franchising, retail, distribution and general corporate/commercial matters. She started her career at KMB as an articling student in 2022.

Melisa supports the firm’s franchise law practice by actively contributing to franchise agreement and ancillary documentation drafting, disclosure document reviews, ensuring compliance with evolving regulations, strategizing growth, resolving disputes, and staying updated on industry trends.

She also assists clients with their corporate structure, creating corporations and preparing and negotiating shareholder agreements. Melisa diligently assists franchise owners with the purchase and sale of their franchise units, and other small businesses.

Melisa’s distribution, retail, and general commercial work includes advising businesses on all contractual matters in a supply and distribution chain, including advice on distribution agreements, service agreements, licensing agreements, manufacturing agreements, warehousing agreements, and other general commercial agreements as needed.
