Oliver Huycke

Oliver is an Associate in KMB Law’s Business and Estate Succession and Corporate & Commercial groups. Having completed both his summer student and articling terms with KMB Law, Oliver brings a strong familiarity with the firm's clients and practice standards to his associate roles.

Oliver works closely with the senior lawyers in the groups to support clients in all aspects of estate planning and succession. His practice involves drafting core planning documents, including wills, powers of attorney, testamentary trusts, and inter vivos trusts, as well as assisting with the execution of corporate reorganizations and tax-driven strategies.

Oliver earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and History from McGill University and his Juris Doctor from Dalhousie University, where he served with the Dalhousie Student Advocacy Service.

Outside the office, he is an avid sports fan and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
