Sam Brach is an Associate at KMB Law and a member of the firm’s Corporate and Commercial Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Banking and Financial Services practice groups.


Sam’s business practice covers a broad range of corporate and commercial matters. He is known to provide clients with advice on incorporations, partnerships, real property, and purchase and sale (asset and share) transactions. He also has experience with the implementation of corporate reorganizations and drafting and negotiating various commercial contracts for small and medium-sized businesses.


His banking and financial services practice involves secured lending along with commercial real estate transactions. Sam’s commercial real estate practice focuses on the purchase and sale of commercial properties and lands and his secured lending practice involves advising financial institutions, private lenders, and borrowers in debt financing transactions including real estate financing and asset-based lending.


Sam is known to provide clients with advice in assessing litigation risk while finding practical solutions to complex legal issues.


Prior to becoming a lawyer, Sam spent several years working in the logistics industry.
