Wesley J. Forgione is an Associate Lawyer at KMB Law, practicing in Banking and Financial Services (Commercial Lending), Commercial Real Estate, and Mergers and Acquisitions. He advises lenders, borrowers, and businesses on all aspects of commercial transactions, from structuring to closing, with a focus on efficiency and precision.

During Wes’ career, he has become known by referrers and clients alike as a deal-maker, and a relationship builder. He’s always on the look-out to forge strong bonds with like-minded individuals, and to connect individuals who may mutually benefit from such a connection.

Wes earned his Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2012 and is a member of both the Ontario and British Columbia Bars. He began his career in British Columbia, where he became a Partner at a well-respected firm, developing extensive experience in commercial lending and M&A.

He believes a deal-centered mindset enables him to achieve strong, practical results for his clients. Equally committed to mentorship, Wes encourages growth and collaboration through positive reinforcement and providing opportunity for those around him to go outside their comfort zone to grow.

Away from his practice, Wes is a dedicated husband to Caia and proud father to Archie and Henry. He enjoys spending time with his family, staying active at the gym, snowboarding, training Muay Thai, and occasionally relaxing with video games.
